Error code 8103010d while updating the nokia city lens

Was doing the update of nokia city lens but did not notice the battery was low. Then my 920 turned off automatically.

So I plugged in with power, went back to the page, it said attention required, tap here. I tapped, start downloading again, and error 8103010d popped out, ask me if I want to retry or cancel, if I hit retry, the screen go back to "attention required, tap here", like a circle.

I could not uninstall this app and download and install it again cos the uninstall option is grey I couldn't tap on it.

Anyone have solutions?

I found the post, but I'm quite new with the windows phone and everything, is portico a app? couldn't find it in the store. my region is Australia.
