WhatsApp Messages Delay

Hello,
the whatsapp both the previous version and the latest has this bug.
I revieve notifications of a new message, however when i go into the whatsapp i see no messages.
it takes 10 mins for it to be displayed and its so annoying.
anyone else facing this problem ?

Sometimes I have this problem too but not luckily not on a regular base anymore.

Known issue, Whatsapp for WP (both WP7 and WP8) has always had similar problems.

There isn't anything you can do about it but write to whatsapp team to get servers that are reliable, leave audio api alone and put some efforts in coding it right.

Whatsapp just got another update to 2.9.3. It has solved the problem that it takes up to 10 seconds to load at some times. Maybe they improved push notifications too but I don't have problems with that so i can't say.

I've got 2.9.3 - doesn't solve that random 10 second delay on opening nor does it solve the notifications issues. I have 3 sitting on my tile, nothing in my whatsapp - that's because they have such lame ass investment in servers that it keeps disconnecting every few minutes or hours causing lag in notification release.

no updates or whatsoever on my win store

That's strange, 2.9.3 is sweet! But updates generally depend on your region. It is always a roll out, so you will see something soon in next 10-12 hours

Please update the whatsapp version to fix the bugs. it takes a long time to actually see the messages in chat.
