Amazing Weather & Paper Shuffle: Why not change as set in settings?

Neither Amazing Weather nor Paper Shuffle change the weather and Lock Screen like I set it up too in their settings? But after I open Amazing Weather it changes the temp, etc. But Paper Shuffle, even though I have it set to change my lock screen pix every 2 hours it never does. I have to force it to change. Any thoughts?

I used to have that problem as well. Since I have uninstalled and reinstalled it, it started to work again. Also, you probably already checked if the app was running in the background. If not, go to Settings, background tasks and make sure that it is allowed.

Under settings? Heck, I don't even see a background task! Lumina 920?

When you go in the setting of your phone, swipe right, then you will see background tasks, then press on that and you should see all your apps background

only one app can access the lock screen at any time. you seems to want to have 2 apps modify your wall paper.
