Clix is like SnapChat but it's not really the same in the way those other apps are; i.e. you cannot interact with people using the real SnapChat. The other apps you listed all interact with the official networks. SnapChat are rumoured to be developing their own app tough, which could be why they're asking for unofficial apps to be removed.
