Sign out of skype

This post is for those who are facing the problem to sign out of skype in windows 8 mobile. I am using Nokia lumia 520 series and even i faced the same problem that i could not logout. But wen i started exploring the features i finally found the option to log out. The steps are as below.

1. Click on your status photo symbol on the right top section (through which you can change the status).
2. Now you should click on the options link ( which is indicated by ...) in the down.
3. Here you find the sign out option.

I understand that windows 8 is not very user friendly and it may take some time to explore and understand the features...

not user friendly only because skype decided to hide a button that in their eyes (probably) you shouldnt tap anyway? I guess they dont expect someone logging out every 5 minutes.. no?

I guess you will help some people with your guide, but it doesnt mean its not user friendly, especially when its a "Log out" button for an App that most people want it their account online always, anyway.
