I've been playing Star Wars - Tiny Death Star for a couple of days, and decided I should support it by buying at least one thing from the in-game store. I purchased a pack for ?1.49, and it looked like it went through fine, and then went back to the in-game store and told me it had failed.
Being the fool I am, I then clicked on it again, and it again said it failed. A couple of minutes later, I get my two emails from Microsoft saying thanks for my purchases etc etc.
Given that I have in fact not received my in-app item (Elevator Upgrade, Imperial Pack 9 or something) - what can I actually do now? Have I just been screwed out of ?3.00?
