Can i change Microsoft account in settings>email+accounts without hard reset,and does that microsoft account affect to anything?

apart from that, u shall not be able to use all those apps n games u have paid for. these apps n games are linked to ur account, not to ur phone.

similarly, if u keep ur account and change the phone, u will be able to use all those apps n games.
