Viewing Premade Map Routes

Is there a way to create a map, on the computer, and view it, on the phone?
I'm getting ready to take a trip and I was going to create a router map, with various destinations.
It would be nice to have Maps showing that same data, as I'm driving.

Well, I did create a Bing map.
I see no way to view that, on my phone.
That's, really, unfortunate.

I'm testing out a Google map, now.
I'll see if any of the Google Map apps allow me to view those.

I tested GMaps+ and gMaps and neither gave the option to log in with my Google account.
Thusly, no access to saved maps.

I have found that the best way is to save the individual spots along the route on the map as favorites in the Here desktop or web-based app. They automatically sync to my phone. I then navigate from one stop to the next. Not ideal, but it is my work-around. When you are doing a big road trip, it would be nice to be able to pre-map your trip. I would add, that you do miss out on real-time re-routing if there is a traffic issue, although Android notifies you and allows you to re-route, if I remember correctly.

See, that's why I posted.
I never thought about a web app for Here Maps.
It did transition places, but not the directions.
Of course, I can add the destination as a place and then do directions like that.

One thing that I don't like about Here is the inability to search for Murphy USA gas stations.
It keeps sending me to Murphy, TN (or something like that).
Of course, Bing Maps kept sending me to Murphy, TX.
Hehehe...
