Is there a talking caller ID app for Windows Phone?

I really like the Talking Caller ID app on my Note 2...is there one for windows phone?

You can do this in wp 8.1
Go to ease of access settings, at the bottom you'll see "speech for phone accessibility" turn this on.

Yup..you wouldn't need an app for that it's baked within the OS, since WP7?

I don't know if it's working with Bluetooth, but you can read incoming text loud on Bluetooth, check speech settings

Well, If I remember it didn't work with my Nokia Bluetooth on L720. It has it's own ring tone. Should try on L730.

I used an app with my Android phone, I like this feature. With WP version doesn't have customization options. They should allow developers to expand on this. Announce name once, then ring as an example. I don't use it with WP as it keeps repeating the name which is annoying and more so during a meeting. If I'm working in a noisy area, the name announcement isn't as loud as the ringer (or doesn't get my attention) so again, name then ring is a better solution.
