Why do I have to constantly refresh the page in my email app?

Constantly refreshing page in email

The only time I EVER have to refresh a page is in my hotmail or outlook email account and I have to do it constantly! I never have to do this at any other time on my PC! What's the problem? Anyone else have this problem?

Do you mean if you open your email app you do not see new emails and the only way to see them you have to push refresh?

If so go to Settings
Go to E-mail+accounts
Tap the email account
Now you will see a page where you can set how often you want to refresh your email under "Download new email"
