Why wont netflix play on any browser, OR the netflix app since Windows 10 update?

I've tried Netflix on Edge, Mozilla, Chrome, and even the Netflix app and it still wont play. I have Silverlight too. What the heck Windows? This is such a frustrating error, why hasn't this been fixed? What can I do to fix it on this computer??? Dell laptop.

Can confirm Netflix is working via the app and Edge. I don't use Mozilla or Chrome...
What is the error you're seeing?
What OS are you using? (Win 10? Win10 beta?)
Can you play Netflix on other devices? (Is this an account thing?)
Can you play videos like youtube on your laptop? (is this a display adapter issue?)
