Microsoft and its Middle East windows mobile users are loosing a lot because of total ignorance for mobile app development. Is there a light at the end of this tunnel and how far is it ?

Middle East mobile market is very huge and it is very big loss if you ignore it. Please urgently end the frustrations to gain customers. A new global task force is really needed from Microsoft for encouraging and training windows phone app developers to fulfill existing phone requitements and also get ready to expedite the universal application platform solution.
