Why can't I get sound and my games do not appear?

i can not get sound and my games do not appear

before upgrading to windows 10 my computer worked just fine now I can't get sound and when I went to games I can't get out of there without turning off my computer

You need to update the drivers on your computer. Windows 10 does not always correctly identify the correct drivers needed.

Find the manufacturers website and download the correct audio drivers for your device.

1) What are you using a tablet? All-in-One? or desktop?

2) sounds like a sound driver issue

A little more information would be helpful .
