Green Farm 3 does not load anymore

I think this is an widespread problem. I believe my details are a bit different: I have played Green Farm 3 from Gameloft GameHub on my Microsoft Lumia 435. The version of the Gameloft Hub is v 1.0.0.9. I used to play the game mainly offline. But (and this is the second time it happens), the game does not load anymore: I enter Gameloft Hub, I touch on Green Farm 3, but nothing happens (except that the display is freezing). After, I would say 10 minutes, the display turns back to the Games section.
Why would that be? Is because sometimes I have my Wi-Fi activated, because the game needs more space resources (don't know, some extra Mb, maybe....), because there's some problem in the Java script, because...... I really do not know.
Both the first time and the second time, I managed to play the game for one month before it stopped working.
Any idea would be great.
