ATIV S shipped in week 48?

Samsung will ship the new ATIV Tab and ATIV S from week 48 which means at the end of November.
This information comes from a retailer shop who sended us a information file about Samsung?s retail information for Europe.
Samsung introduced their first WP8 devices at IFA 2012 in Berlin.
According to the leaked specifications in hands of SamMobile Samsung will introduce another WP8 device too.

The Samsung GT-I8370 ATIV W (Marco)
- 4.0? WVGA Super Amoled display
- 5 megapixel camera (back)
- 1.9 megapixel camera (front)
- 8GB + Micro SD.
- Dual Krait 1.5Ghz

Price between 350 ? 450 euro.

The Samsung GT-I8750 ATIV S (Odyssey)
- 4.8? HD Super Amoled display
- 8 megapixel camera (back)
- 1.9 megapixel (front)
- 16/32GB + Micro SD.
- Dual Krait 1.5Ghz

Price between 500 ? 600 euro.

Week 48? Thats Nov 25 to Dec 1

Yeah, I saw that too. Depends on how much they intend to support them. If the 920 comes out to good sales and Samsung opens a nationwide campaign to promote the ATIV series, taking advantage of the Christmas season and the WP8 launch of Nokia to release their products is okay. It is a little late, but a dedicated Samsung is worth waiting on.

Current information on Dustin's web site for home users in Sweden and the Nordic countries indicates A) that selling prices are appr. SEK 3200 (EUR 370/USD 480 ) for HTC 8S, SEK 5200 (EUR 600/USD 780) for ATIV S, SEK 5500 (EUR 640/USD 825) for HTC X8 and SEK 5800 (EUR 675/USD 870) for Nokia Lumia 920. B) ETA Nokia Lumia 820 (not 920) October 19 (week 42), Ativ S November 9 (week 45). No one of the major cellphone operators has the phones on pre-order (like they have iPhone 5) but at least Nokia Lumia 920 will be sold by the Big 4 (Telia, Tele2, Telenor and 3).
