Are you using internet explorer? try to switch browsers and enter the captcha... i've had the same problem.

I ordered my red 920 last night at about midnight EST. My order status still says processing. Estimated arrival date is 11/9 but I have no shipping info or tracking number. I am a premier customer...

I also preordered a galaxy note 2 on Oct 26 and that one still says it's processing as well.. no tracking info yet. Wtf ATT?? I sold my one X today since I didn't wanna lose out on the sale so I had to go "rent" an optimus G from Best buy till my lumia shows up. Hopefully it doesn't take too long because I really am liking this phone lol.

Ordered a red 920 this afternoon and right away got the email "your Nokia Lumia 920 has been reserved and is expected to arrive on or around 11/09/12". Order page still says "Status: Attention" so I called customer service and they said the order is currently being processed by the system but they can't give me any more information

Guys, it takes a long time to input all of these tracking numbers for orders. Microsoft took days to do it with the surface. Give it time.

I hope to Belfiore that there isn't a department at AT&T with people sitting down and manually typing in order information and tracking numbers into customer's accounts. We have computers for a reason. -_-'

I didn't mean it was a process done manually by one person. But all having a tacking number means is that the shipping label was scanned. It doesn't mean it was actually put on a truck and is moving.

So someone who doesn't get shipping info until tomorrow will still probably get the product the same day as someone who gets it today.

I know I was kidding, I just found it a funny thought to see a whole room of people dedicated to copying and pasting information from the FedEx website into our orders. lol

Ordered mine at 4am EST 11/7. Black. Shipped and w/ tracking number.

My charge plate still says processing... Hoping this is incorrect, not sure why they would ship separate.

My order status said "Status: Attention" so I called. They had no record of it. The rep was extremely nice, put the order in, waived the activation fee and added overnight shipping no charge. It took about 30 minutes because he didn't see the free charging plate and had to get approval for it. I was just driving home from work so the time didn't bother me. The order is correct and I saved another $36.

I was told that they wouldn't charge your card until your item shipped...

I ordered the Yellow 920 and my card just got charged...

Online still says Processing... And since it's a new number, no OLAM...

It would be amazing if this sucker actually shipped.

Every phone that I've ever ordered from AT&T has come from Ft. Worth. (the past 7 years)

How are you guys getting the OLAM to work? I'm using chrome and all I see when I click on my orders is a box with a silhouette picture with a paperclip.. I mouse over and it double's up and a phone picture shows up.. I click on it.. nothing happens?

I thought the wireless charger coming with the 920 was the wireless charging STAND not the flat pad.

Just got off the phone with premier rep.

Order was not processed so rep processed.

they are not sure when it will be shipped out.

I even asked for overnight shipping.

The status link within has shown processing all day... I tried looking up the order using the other link people are using in here to no avail (also tried with mobile number with no luck). Just get the "wait 24 hours" OS001 message.

I must have been among the earliest to order, why can't I get a shipping confirmation?? Uuuugh I'm so antsy.

I received an email immediately with a web order number and a link to check status. When I check the status through their it says it's being processed. When I try to go through the account management page "my orders" nothing comes up. I've called in twice now and had 2 different reps tell me that there is no tracking number, no projected ship date but they can't add next day shipping because the order is already in process and there's basically nothing I can do but wait to get an email with the shipping info. Really frustrated at this point. If I don't have any shipping info by tomorrow night I'll probably just cancel and try to pick up in store on Friday.

They probably have no idea what they are talking about. If your card has been charged, they probably have a tracking number and just need to get your order status' updated.

Like I said, if you got charged, it's got to be in the process of being shipped. I ordered right away and got charged and do not have a ship date yet. It's just a matter of them updating the system.

Mine has not shipped (to N.J) yet. Status says "In Progress" "Shipment pending". I ordered Black and free charger. The only shipping option was FedEx 2 day. Order was placed at 3:30am EST. If it ships tomorrow (Thursday) I shouldl get it Monday. I called FedEx and they confirmed that they will be delivering on Veterans day.

Isn't veterans day Sunday? And like I said above, "shipment pending" basically means they don't have the tracking information in the system but it's been sent out.

i told you guys Premier customers are going to get screwed on this. lots of people saying when they called in their orders weren't even processed, yup sounds about right.

I don't think it's because of premier members. I think it's because you guys ordered when they were having their website problems. The link to preorder just happened to only work for the premier page.

Were you charged the $1 or the full price? My card has two $1 charges pending from AT&T, yet my order doesn't seem to exist... so maybe it actually does exist after all?

Well like a dummy, I didn't look at the color that I wanted and they are shipping me Hi Gloss Red. Oh well I can cover it with a case. I have never bought any phone other than Black. Like a model T Ford you can order any color that you like as long as it is Black.

Hope your right... would live to have it Friday. Yes, Veterans day is Sunday but some corporations that designate it a holiday, give their employees Monday off since they are already off on Sundays.

Folks that are having problems and orders that haven't shipped be patient as it will be sorted out. The Lumia 920 isn't the only phone in preorder, the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 is also in preorder and being shipped along with unbelievably the Iphone 5 as well still have people receiving preorders. So sit tight and let at&t handle this and don't clog up the lines to customer service unless you cancel and order or have a problem. If you have "Atention" with your order it has a problem for you to sort out whether it be a misspelling of name address, credit card or billing you need to call and find out what it is. Some statuses might say backorder but the system is slow to update with the correct information. Don't be suprised to receive your phone and never get confirmation that it has shipped.

I got a track# from that site as well. Red NL920+ sim card, also shipping out of Memphis.

No tracking number for the charging pad though.

My wife was on the phone cancelling the BB pre order as I was pre ordering from ATT at 10am CST today and we are premier customers. Mine is in Ft Worth heading to AL via Fedex. The delivery date says 11/9/12 by 4:30.

Got mine too. I'm a premier member ordered a Cyan Phone with a black (free charger). Got tracking number.
I did however go on the ATT live chat and asked why my order was still 'pending' or 'processing' and the lady asked me for my order number... she had then made me wait for about 3 minutes than came back and said "Your order is in Processing right now."
LOL I said " I know that, but why?" She then said she didn't really know but I would get it by the 9th.
20 minutes later I checked my account again and sure enough my status was the same but I had 2 tracking numbers 1. for my phone and 2. for my sim.

My order was picked up at 10:51 PM in Memphis.

Mine is still in Preorder Processing. I ordered it well before midnight and it was in attention for a long time. Sure hope it actually gets shipped for Friday delivery.

Yes! I just checked MyAT&T and it finally shows a tracking number. My Cyan Lumia 920 is shipping from Memphis, TN going to San Francisco, CA. I should receive it Friday by 4:30 PM. I placed my order Tue 10:00 PM PST. I'm so excited. I can't wait!

Edit: I'm premier and I didn't get the charging plate for free, only 25% discount. I spoke with a rep this morning and was told I didn't qualify for the free charger because I needed to have a data plan $20 or higher (I only have the $15 data plan).

My white 920 has shipped with a delivery day of Friday. I ordered Tuesday at 9:45PM Pacific.

I just live chatted with them and they said my phone hasn't been sent out yet because I never accepted the terms and conditions email but I never received an email and my card has been charged the full amount.

Same here, my shipment left Memphis 10:30pm Central and estimated delivery just the same as everyone else.

Looks like all are shipping but yellow... I also placed an order for the extra charger in red, looks awesome together :D

No. Of course, in my case, this is an additional line to a family plan, which means I already have an account of which I accepted the conditions of long ago. So maybe I don't have to.

I am in the same situation yet they are telling me that my phone will not ship until I accept the terms and conditions email that I never received.
