Possibly see your tracking info before AT&T updates your status

Hey guys, my girlfriend just told me a way she was able to find her tracking number for her iphone5 before she ever received any order status update from AT&T.

Go to the fedex website and track by reference number.
Try either your order number or your cell phone number as the reference number.

Both said not found for me, but its possible mine hasn't been sent out yet.

Try it out and report what you find.

Do we know for sure that FedEx is shipping these?

I just saw someone post in another thread that his is being shipped by USPS.

AT&T is going to use the cheapest shipping option available to meet the delivery date. I'm sure they have phones going out on FedEx, UPS and the USPS.

Sweeeeeet... got a tracking number through that site finally. Show's mine was shipped yesterday by Fed Ex and is in TN. Should be here tomorrow. (Friday)

Sadly though my wife's Note 2 still has no tracking number and I preordered that on Oct 26th. Weird...
