Does Nokia Lumia 920 work with plastic?

Just a quick question!

Is it possible to use Nokia Lumia 920 with e.g. a plastic fork?

While I didn't try it, I guess you can use a plastic fork to turn it over. I can't guarantee though that it will be done.

I'm guessing you'r asking if you can use a plastic fork on the screen, right? In the event that my guess were correct the answer is "maybe". It depends on what type of plastic the fork is made of.

Based on many reports, it seems that only.. "conductive" materials seem to work well enough. Almost anything seemed to work, but especially many plastic things didn't. And the ones that worked had the connection of being of some kinda of conductive material.

But Red is right, I meant if it could work on the screen
And the reason was just because I use disposable cutlery a lot, and thought it would be funny, if I could use it on a L920

The sensible side of my head says that even a super sensitive capactive screen is still capacitive (i.e. uses electrical conduction) so you would at least need something that vaguely conducts electricity. I would imagine plastic cutlery is probably made out of insulative plastic...

...the fun side of my head says I'd love to see it working
