High Sensitive Touch not really working-video

I have a video of the high sensitive touching not working when using the browser. Even when scrolling in homescreens it wont register. Should I do a hard reset or go to the att to get a exchange.

Are you being serious right now? You're running your fingers all over the place haphazardly in a way that no normal person would use the phone and it's STILL registering most of what you're doing.

What do you people want?

I swear some people just want to find things wrong with their phone whether they are there or not. WTF.

I'd imagine that using gloves with the phone he replaces the Lumia with is a tad more annoying
