hi does this log mean its being returned to me i dont understand it

Cheers yep a new one is on its way good service nokia I wonder if they send a unlocked 920 or a locked one again

Sent my Lumia 920 off yesterday and got the same response you did today. Did you receive a new phone? If so, how long did it take?

Hey guys, I sent my 920 off yesterday and have now checked the status and I got the same response as you.
Did you get a new one and also was yours unlocked too???

The log will again be updated. It just means that it's actually been sent off to the repair centre. From there they decide whether or not to replace part or give a brand new replacement phone. I did actually receive a brand new phone, however it arrived with a scratch and some other faults, so I'll be sending it back.

Sorry I forgot to add that mine was debranded but not carrier unlocked, and they sent me another debranded device.

Nokia has issued me with a replacement phone as they couldn't repair the faulty one.
The only problem is that mine was locked to EE but I got the unlock code via Fonefunshop.
I hope that Nokia send me an unlocked one otherwise I will have to call them up for the unlock code as I don't want to pay again to get it unlocked

Nokia won't unlock it for me, they said that I should go back to the carrier (EE) and take it up with them.
I have no choice but to go back to "Fonefunshop" and pay for them to provide me with an unlock code otherwise I will be stuck with an expensive brick as I am on Vodafone
