My issues with Windows Phone 8/Lumia 920

I have been using NL920 for the past 10 days. These are the issues bugging me the most...

1. Very heavy
2. Battery issue
3. Very limited apps for kids
4. No HD video playback on Netflix and YouTube
5. Reducing volume in Netflix reduces phone ringer volume
6. No universal search to find contacts, mails, apps, web like in iPhone
7. The search button not supporting local search related to the contents of the screen I'm in rather than useless Bing search
8. Unable to disable vibration feedback on back, home and search buttons
9. No rotation lock for phone though baconit supports it
10. Screen is big, but the keyboard covers 2/3 of the screen when typing something
11. Multitasking - cannot close programs, have to use back button thousand times to close
12. No touching top to return to top of page
13. Two touches for reaching tabs in ie
14. For deleting a card from wallet, you have go to a site to delete first. Then come back and delete from phone
15. Cursor support is the worst. When tapping on screen it chooses the whole word rather than putting the cursor in front of it

Not exactly what he meant by local search, I think. I believe he was referring to searching within the app from the capacitive search button as opposed to launching Bing Search.
