My first Nokia 920 froze repeatedly. I took it to AT&T in its frozen state. They had a replacement phone shipped out to me. I have had that phone about two weeks. During the last few days, it has frozen repeatedly - three times today. In fact, it is frozen right now. I was told to power down the phone once a day as this supposedly helps, but I have done this and still the phone freezes. Today, it froze after a phone call, then after listening to a voicemail. and currently it is frozen in the middle of sending a text message. My fiance' got the same phone at the same time and has had no problems.

I got a Lumia 920 from Walmart wireless - used to crash especially at night. Usually had Weather channel app that was most active (am presuming, not concluding!). Sent the phone back, got replacement Lumia 920 yellow - the replacement was crashing in day and night and the experience is worse!

Freezing: Yes, turn off WiFi and quickly using "back" can do that. Just turning of internet sharing might also freeze the phone.
GPS fix: Slow to warm up. No correct distances...ever. Always off, but consistent/stable off. Any app don't matter, always off.
Network errors: Yes, seems to just loose internet sometimes. Restarting the app helps.

From yesterday it happened 4 times, 2 times yesterday, and 2 times today (today in 5 mins twice) I had freezes - I push the power button, the screen stays black. My wife was calling me, and I couldn't answer. Also, when I push the power button, the sensory buttons do light up for several secs. Every time, a soft reset helped.

My freezes almost daily. It will usually freeze overnight, sometimes shortly after being put on the charger (so when I reset my frozen phone in the morning I only have 50% battery). It will often freeze during the day as well, randomly. Freezing behaviour: phone is not in use; screen is off; when I try to use the phone, it does not respond. Calls and texts are not received and at least once did a recent text disappear following the freeze. I did a factory reset (no restore) and did not install any apps except to update what was already installed. The phone did not freeze for 5 days, then it froze twice within 30 minutes. Rogers and Nokia (from my dealings) do not acknowledge or have any knowledge of this behaviour (Rogers tech support guy blamed the preinstalled programs or their updates).

Got my FOURTH phone yesterday did a hard reset from the box It auto set the time after I set the zone"Hurray" It makes a noise when I put it on charge and when you unplug it slightly different than the others. It was still on this morning Whoop Whoop. I will give it a bit longer before I trust if for on call work or the alarm. Fingers crossed

Started freezing during wireless charging. Soft reset knocks out background apps (Weather Wallpaper, Weave, Accuweather and Battery Sense - all of functional live tiles that stop updating) and twice, Maps and location ported me to Maryland.

My Lumia 920 regularly freezes since the Portico update and requires a soft reset most mornings. Seems to most commonly occur after long periods of inactivity. I wonder if it is related to the new Wi-Fi always on feature of the Portico update.

Thanks for setting this up. Judging from the number of posts all over the Internet, this is a serious problem, and the response from MS\Nokia seems non-existent.
I have all the usual problems: i.e. my Lumia 920 'phone locks up randomly after 4 days, 10 hours or 10 minutes.
I've gone through the gamut of possible fixes like running without most applications, updating\not updating Nokia apps, switching Wi-Fi \ Bluetooth on\off etc. etc. etc., but ultimately it still locks-up for no obviously consistent reason
