Correct sync interval (email sync issue)

Hi,

I was wondering what people have set the email account sync interval to? (Both Microsoft accounts and other accounts)

I have been having a problem since I've got the phone which is that when I read emails on my phone and then go on a computer to check them again, I see that they are still marked as unread - but if I move the emails to another folder, that move is done correctly and can be seen on the web on my computer as well.
