Lock button doesn't work. (Camera focusing, too)

Suddenly, the lock button of my lumia has stopped working.

In addition, camera focusing (when pressing the camera button half way) doesn't work either.

But, every button except these two works fine.

I hadn't done anything different before this happened.

It just happened.

The worst thing is that restarting the phone never cures this problem.


I searched posts about similar issues, but they were repaired after restarting their phones.

Is there anyone like me?

Please share your solution, or I am going to try to reset my phone.

there is only two reasons, software messed up or hardware failure. So all you need to do is a step by step possibility extermination.
0 restart
1 soft reset
2 hard reset
3 flash
4 return for repair/replacement
