Native music app bugs

Hi, so far I had several occur to me.

1. "Can't play this file on your phone" on first song in an album when selected from Albums view. However swipe "previous" plays it fine. Annoying, but not critical. Work around - navigate to song list in the album first, then hit play for the first one. Edit: Same happens for videos stored in phone from time to time.

2a. Random switch to "mono" out mode - had this one like three times only today, noticed very recently though, not yet sure what initiates it yet. Work around - skip file and swipe "previous"
Edit: it appears like this occurs when the phone locks while music is paused. On resume it falls to mono..
2b. Similar - one channel just goes off completely - only workaround is to restart whole phone

3. When music is interrupted with video (YouTube etc.) then there is no way to resume, music app just resets - may not be a bug, but annoying.

did I miss anything? Anyone recognizes these? Or is it time to hard reset? (need an excuse for some time - to rename MsftAccount away from gmail, but don't wanna lose AngryBirds saves)

Sometimes I get bug no.1, I get occasional lag as well. No.3 annoying? Definitely, I noticed that Nokia music doesn't have any of this bugs but it's missing a seek option. I also get bug no.1 with all my Windows 8 pro machines.

I can't count how often I would play a song on my phone and it would error saying I can't play the file. then I would just try again and it would play.

Hmmmph...
