Extremely low volume

Since 2 weeks ago the volume through my headset is really low, I have to put it on 30 and even then I can just about hear the music. When I play through th speakers everything is fine.
I restarted the phone several times, did a restart with holding down the volume-down button and I installed Portico yesterday.

None of it seems to help, any suggestions?

try to pull out a little bit and see if it is different. If so, your headset jack is not compatible.

You're right I tried with a ddifferent headset and it's works perfectly fine
Really strange because the first two weeks I used it theere where no problems at all, I was just listening to music and suddenly it became more and more silent over a period of 15 minutes.
This sucks, 'cause I spend a lot of money on these

get an adapter, a good one is around US10, at least you can still save the headset.
