Weather App Keeps Hijacking my Lock Screen!

Every time I pick up my phone my lock screen has reverted to the weather app as my background. It did not do this the first few weeks. I will change my lock screen setting to photo or something else then change it back and it will be the HTC screen again.... until the next time I pick up my phone! I only see a button to Open App and nothing to deselect it. Help!

Uninstall the HTC app. it's a battery eater anyway and there are less consuming third party weather apps in the app store

Mine did that too, until I set a photo as my home screen. For whatever reason after that, it didn't hijack any more.
