Nokia 920 Love the phone but....... (Help with languages)

In short I want to know how (if its possible) to set my SMS language to English not English (American).
It keeps correcting to American English when I text.
For instance realise being changed to realize (just as this website is doing).
It's really starting to drive me crazy.

Language/Region in "language+region" already set to English/Australia.
"Browser & search language" set to Russian to get rid of Bing from the search button.

Any other thoughts???

Hmm, my phone doesn't correct colour, honour, realise etc but it also recognises the American version as a word.

Here's my Language & Region settings.

try this:
Settings ---> Keyboard ---> (Add UK keyboard). Tap it once and you will see other options as well.

Yep solved the problem. Thanks.
For completeness sake:
After doing this, when I returned to typing a text it was still in US mode. A new "ENG" button had appeared on the left of the space bar. Hitting this turned it into UK mode which it remained in after sending the text, going back to the start and then trying again.
To remove the "ENG" button and leave it in UK mode, I removed the US keyboard.
