Changing language from Arabic to English

Hey Nokia 920 Lumiers.

My coworkers changed my language from English to Arabic today. They wrote down all the steps so they could undo and it is not working. Needless to say I am not happy right now.

Currently, we are at Language application under settings and we've selected English (U.S.) and restarted but no changes. any help? any suggestions?

That's Persian and not Arabic but besides that, you're in the wrong menu. In English the menu that you have is called Speech. You want one called language+region and on my phone it is located two places or rungs above the menu that you have posted.
