Nokia Lumia 620 unable to connect to 5 GHz WI-Fi Network

My Lumia 620 is unable to detect my 5GHz WiFi network ..... I have contacted Nokia and was told to do
a soft reset ...... which didn`t work . I want to know is there any Lumia 620 owner are facing this type of problem
or is just my device. According to GSM Arena , the Lumia 620 does support Dual-Band Wi-Fi.

My lumia 620 is able to detect and connect to my 5 GHz wifi router. Was findinding the battery was draining slightly faster than my 2.4 GHz router connection but this is probably due the worst range associated with the higher frequency.

Bought Nokia lumia 620 yesterday and it will not connect with my wifi at home!! Keeps saying password incorrect or cannot reach my wifi. So annoying! Have you come across any ideas?

Check your security settings on your routers guys. Some devices don't play nicely with WPA settings. When I got my Nexus 7, I remember I had to change those from WPA to WPA2 to get it to connect. It's worth the shot.
