820 woes

Hi everyone,
Im new to the forum and an 820 owner. Firstly, i wanted a good Bluetooth headset, so i dropped ?100 on the Nokia Essence headset thinking Nokia & Nokia would work nicely together WRONG. Sounds great, but none of the equalizer features are available .

Secondly, my 820 is now suffering from the "switch off in the middle of the night and won't turn on without reset BUG .

Has anyone come up with a solution to either of these issues that works?

The equaliser only works with a wired headset.
Is your 820 switching off because you put it on charge during the night? If so, try turning off WiFi before putting it on charge.

Hi Worzel,
No, the phone wasn't charging and when i got it to start up again it still had 33% power.
