Time wrong for notifications and email

The time on my new Lumia 920 is correct, but Facebook, twitter, and both my exchange and hotmail think it is 8 hours ago? This time stamp isn't absolute, but when I load Facebook or twitter, and in the notifications, it says '8hrs ago' for posts I know have just gone up. Can't seem to find anyone else with the same problem, and it's particularly odd that it affects my Exchange email which is from the work server. Anyone else seeing this?

Is ur timesetting set to auto or manual? Set it to manual, look at the time-zone (possibly it is set to some crazy time-zone and u didn't pay attention to that minor detail), set it correctly, and I think that should clear up the issue
