Screen Not Responding At all

My phones screen is not responding to any touch. I'm able to press the volume, camera, and power button and all work fine, volume moves up and down. I've tried the soft reset (vol down plus power) but screen still doesn't respond. Is there a way to do a hard reset without powering off the phone? Since I'm not able to?

Any help would be appreciated.

When mine did that, i had to hold both volumes and power button.

I tried holding both volume buttons and power but still no luck =/

1. Make sure the charger is disconnected.
2. Switch the power Off.
3. Press and hold the Volume down and connect the charger, if succeed an exclamation mark (!) is shown on the screen.

Step 2:

Then input Keys in the following order:

1. Volume up
2. Volume down
3. Power
4. Volume down

I'm unable to power the phone off, since I can't slide down to power off.

Oo ok, thats gonna take a while since its basically fully charged.

Just did a hard reset, still not working. Guess I have to send it in.

Is this hard reset or soft reset ?? I bought my lumia 920 8days ago, this problem occurring on 9th day, pls help !!!!
