Connect L-920 to TV thru HDMI?

I read a thread about this but no one has updated or commented back. But is there a way to connect the 920 to a TV thru HDMI ? Besides using the PLAY TO beta app.

I don't think there is way because Windows Phone 8 OS does not allow it. You would probably need a micro HDMI similar to the N8 and a software that allows it. Your best bet is to use the Play too app.

I highly doubt there is a way to " connect the 920 to a TV thru HDMI" because there is no output that has HDMI on the L920. The only thing it has is the micro-usb and I don't think that could do what your asking.

There's an hdmi mhl adapter. But I'm not sure if the Lumia supports it

Only issue I see is that Lumia's OS doesn't allow it. Symbian was more open and had a lot more functionalities but windows os is still in its nascent stages so might take a little longer to get that feature.
