loosing signal and data periodically

Not sure if anyone else has seen this. Ever once in a while, my phone looses all connectivity. The only way to get it back is to dial a phone number to force a registration. Anyone else see this happen. I'm using an unlocked Rogers 920.

This has started happening to me recently. Also using an unlocked Rogers 920. Sometimes I have no data. Sometimes I'm on EDGE and not 4G and it just sorts itself out.

I'm thinking (or hoping) it's more carrier related.
