Nokia Music/Xbox Music Volume Issue!

This happened to me today morning...

I have both types of songs in my collection (purchased from Xbox Music as well as downloaded from Nokia Music). I was listening to a song that I got from Nokia Music on Xbox Music app and I was unable to reduce the sound volume. I could see the sound volume going down from 30 to 0 but the song played at 30. Other songs, the ones I've got from Xbox Music played well.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? I'd like to hear other people's opinions before I go put a complain to Nokia.

I have the same problem, its happening with all the 820s i have seen. And saw the same issue on my sister's 620. It happens when you download something from Nokia Music, before than it works fine. Everytime i download a song the volume sticks, it doesn't change at all! Although i noticed another thing that if you change the volume and play next/previous song, then the volume changes.
