Dead Pixels on Lumia 820 screen

I recently bought a Lumia 820 from eBay - it was new in box and never used. After charging it and setting everything up I decided (after fighting myself for a bit) to check for dead pixels. Unfortunately, I found about seven of them, some are in the lower middle and the rest are scattered off to the sides. This is an AT&T branded handset, and when I took it into the store they wouldn't exchange it because it had not originally been purchased from them. Do I have any recourse in trying to get them to replace it? Does Nokia have a minimum number of dead pixels before they consider it defective?

Thanks for any advice!

They're black - they appear unlit on solid-colored backgrounds including red, blue, yellow and white.

Can you go outside (Where the sun are shining) and see if it's actually DUST under the screen? Just to make sure.. I also have speck of dust under my screen, which I thought was dead pixels at first. They look almost similar.
