Phone is locked on the reboot screen after Updating and installing new firmware today!!!

update has downloaded and installed onto my phone, waited till it said your download is complete, finished or whatever it says. I pressed the "done" button ( I believe that was my option) but anyway, after doing so it goes to start screen for roughly 10 seconds and another message pops up " You must Restart One Last Time for Changes to take Affect" (Something to that nature) The phone actually restarted itself and I am now stuck on the boot screen that is showing the AT&T logo, its been roughly 3 or 4 hours like this now. What should I do, should I try a soft reset or is anyone else hhaving this issue that may have resolution to the problem?

hard reset, if that doesnt work, peace out, do an exchange or use it to build a house

You could try a soft reset (long press down volume and power). I that doesn't work, you might want to try a manual hard reset. This is done by a combination of key presses.God blessandrew-in-woking
