I pretty much described the issue in the title. After updating OTA, I've been unable to get photos to come out clear. Videos seem unaffected however. Any ideas on how I can resolve this issue other than a complete reset?

I've noticed the same thing with my 920. This update has been a nightmare with this and the connectivity problems.

I wonder if Nokia does their testing before sending out, doesn't look like it

Well, luckily I haven't had too many connectivity problems, but then again I'm on WiFi at work for most of the day. This photo problem is a real bummer for me though, because I'm really not in the mood (nor have time) to reset my phone and set everything up again.

Also, I assume my saved app information will be lost too? (Talking about saved games where I'll have to start from scratch)

Yes all saved game data will unfortunately be lost.

You're lucky I even have the connectivity problem happening with WiFi! My phone is nearly useless now. The longest it has stayed connected (WiFi or at&t data) is 3 mins. Usually doesn't stay connected more than a few seconds at a time!

I wonder the same thing. And agree, I don't think they test their updates very thoroughly. They seem to introduce new problems when they solve old ones.

Try just reset your camera ... just go "Settings" - "Applications" - "Photos + camera" and scroll down there to see that button ....

I have had this problem for a while now as well, and likewise, it was after the update. I can get the phone to focus on things 2-3 feet away, but anything else it just fails on. It tries to focus too far away and comes out really blurry. Videos, however, are perfectly in focus.

I've repeatedly tried that phone reset option, it hasn't helped at all. Anyone got any other suggestions?
