Factory Unlocked Lumia 920 firmware updates

Hi, I bought my Lumia 920 over a month ago from Amazon. It is a Factory Unlocked RM-821 with firmware 1232.5951.1249.1001. I like to keep my devices up to date, but I don't want to make a mistake and lock my phone from carrier, or worse brick it.

I don't see the update appearing in the phone (settings-->update), says I'm up to date, which contradicts with the Nokia Software Updater that says I can update to 12.32.5957.1308.0001.

Can I update without losing UNLOCK or bricking the phone?

my lumia is unlocked and done the latest update and still unlocked!

you can use the nokia suite to flash to the latest, i've mine the same as yours, and got flashed to 1308.
