My device had defective vibrator (sounded like some spring is loose inside) and the local store from where I bought the device refused to replace it. They argued it is normal and they had no Lumia 720's left to compare its vibration with. I had read stories about customers complaining to Nokia CEO Stephen Elop so I emailed him and I received a short reply within 5 minutes saying someone in his team will assist me. After few more emails and phone calls the store allowed me to return the device and gave me a slip to obtain a new Lumia 720 from the store's main office. It will hopefully arrive in a week. Very impressed by Nokia Care. I am from Pakistan.
