Push email issue

Hi all.
I bought this phone about 5 days ago now and all seemed fine until this 1308 update. Amongst other accounts I had added my work outlook account and it was working/updating just fine.

Then, after the update I noticed that the email (set on push "as items arrive") would fail to sync after a few hours, and even when manually sync'd it would just get stuck and never complete the sync. So I reset the phone and tried again, but the problem persisted, only way it would sort itself out was with a reboot, and then again after a few hours it would be the same.

So, yesterday I took it back and swapped it for another. This one came with the 1308 update preinstalled however the problem is still there.

Does anyone else have the same problem that they have noticed? Seems odd cos I've used other wp8 phones and never had this issue before. Also, if I set the email to "pull" instead of "push" it works ok.
