AT&T Unlocking Lumia 920 Now That Its May 2012

Hello All!

Today May 6th 2013 I called AT&T asking if they can unlock my Lumia 920. On the phone they took my IMEI number claiming that its unlockable but suddenly the rep said she didnt have the code. Does anyone know now that its May if there is a specific date that the unlock codes will be released? She said between the middle and the end of the month but I've been hearing chatter that it could be the 9th or 10th. What else have other people heard?

Exclusivity runs out on 9th May, there are atleast 4 threads discussing about the same.

Anyways answer to your question is Try on May 10th and it shall be unlockable.

Every time I post this answer, I hear May 9th - 6 months after launch. I just heard it again

May 9th! Called ATT about 6 times, each time there was a different representative, and they all said that. They searched my IMEI code and then the system said that it would be unlockable then.
