Lumia 820 screen bug

I?ve had my Lumia 820 for about 3 months and recently its screen starts randomly maximizing itself and it gets cut off. The phone still works fine however it won?t go back to the previous state unless I restart the phone. Does anyone else have this issue? Is it a software problem or should I contact the seller?

This happened to me once playing a game when I was tapping too much

Go to settings, then "ease of access" and toggle "Screen Magnifier" Off.

It is normal feature that could be controlled by double tapping screen with 2 fingers
