HTC 8X CDMA Need Help...

Hi guys...,

I just bought this HTC 8X CDMA (c620d) from China Telecom. I have been trying to use it outside the country. The problem is; my phone is "No Service" to make any call.
Whatever SIM card i insert, it says SIM card error. When I insert GSM sim card, the phone automatically change to gsm mode. When i insert CDMA sim card, the phone automatically change to CDMA mode. The problem is still "No service". When I tried to search for networks..., it's working perfectly fine. Just it doesn't want to read my (GSM/CDMA) sim card.

If the phone is locked, Can Unlock it?
Because it doesn't ask any unlocking code whenever i change my SIM card.
