Here is a helpful tip. I was having issues getting the $25 Windows Store credit for my 928s that I got yesterday at a Verizon Wireless store. I keep setting a error message saying my IMEI code was not valid. I called customer service and was told to scan the bar codes from the box of both phones to a PDF file. Then send this file to fulfillment@eprizefulfillment.com to get the issue fixed. I included a short message of my problem with my contact number. I hope this save a few people a phone call.
