I came across this weird problem about 2 or 3 times until now. I've had this phone for about 3 weeks.
Sometimes the phone loses all connections although it doesn't give me any error. It shows that it is connected to a WiFi network or to a 3G+ network, but no data and/or calls are going through.
I noticed this first when my phone was on, full 3G signal and connected to a good WiFi and someone who was trying to call me was told i had my phone turned off. After this I tried opening some web pages, both on WiFi and 3G with no success.
After i restarted my phone, it worked well for about 15-20minutes then this happened again. Apparently, turning flight mode on and off solves the issue, temporarily, but last time the phone was idling while trying to turn flight mode on, I had to restart it.
At home or during general use, I didn't notice this problem. It only happens in crowded areas (city center).
My firmware number is 1532.20.20150.401
Anyone else had any similar issues?
