Lumia 720 Auto Time and Date

My 720 when set to automatic time and date will revert to a date in May 2012. I can set the time and date so its not automatic and its correct but when I turn the phone off and on again it reverts to the date in 2012? Anyone else have this problem?

That's the default when opening the phone for the first time or after doing a reset. Connect to the net and it will be automatically updated.

Mine is September 2012 everytime I do soft reset. Just leave it for a couple of minutes for it to autoupdate. While the phone is updating don't open those monitoring apps otherwise you'll face a problem..

Same problem... when i make a reset. automaticaly date and time set SEPTEMBER 2012 and 1.00 A.M

You must wait a couple of minutes before comes back to correct date and time...

Be sure to be connected to the net. It will update the time by itself.

I believe this could be a carrier issue. My daughter's Lumia 620 on Vodafone doesn't work with automatic time and date set, but my Lumia 720 on Optus does.

It may be a carrier issue... Works fine with DOCOMO in India..
