Unable to play music from a flash drive. Music Files are copied over from Windows 8 PC

This issue has given me sleepless nights!

I have transferred music from my Windows 8 Phone (Nokia Lumia 920) over to my Windows 8 PC successfully without any issues and I am able to play them as well.

However when I copy these mp3 files over to any flash drive and play them on my Car Music System, they don't play!

I thought that the flash drive might be bad, but NO. If I download any music from the net and copy that over to the flash drive and play it on my car music system they play fine!

What's going on???

Does any one have a clue?
