Power button with no tactile feedback?

Hello all. First post here. I received delivery on the Lumia 720 yesterday - bought it for my father after having bought a 620 a month back for my mother. I've helped set it up but one thing has been a concern: the power button is soft, with almost zero tactile feedback. It also feels quite recessed into the phone. In comparison, the volume rocker buttons have a satisfying soft "click" which actually lets you know the buttons have been pressed. Is this normal for the Lumia 720? The 620 has very nice clicky buttons. We are going to the Nokia store to check out the in-store 720 they have. Returning the phone is going to be a hassle as it was bought online (not to mention having to set it up all over again).

Any feedback from the 720 users here?

Upon confirmation from Nokia that this indeed was an issue, I had the phone replaced. The replacement works fine, with good tactile feedback. Interestingly, the Lumia 620 does have clickier buttons.
